Terms of service
These terms govern engagements between Yagyanam (“we”, “us”) and any client or partner (“you”) for design, engineering, infrastructure and related services. By engaging us, commissioning work or using our platforms, you agree to these terms.
Scope of work
The specific deliverables, milestones, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work or order confirmation. Those documents, together with these terms, form the agreement between us.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the bespoke deliverables created for you transfers to you, excluding our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how, which remain ours and are licensed to you for use within the delivered work.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only to perform the engagement. We treat your product plans, data and users as confidential by default.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy policy
We are privacy-first by architecture. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Information you submit through our enquiry form — name, email, website and message — used solely to respond to you.
- Standard, minimal server and analytics data needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use the information you provide only to reply to your enquiry and to scope potential work. We do not sell your data, and we do not use customer or end-user conversation data to train any model.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared with us by writing to hello@yagyanam.com.
Refund & cancellation
Engagements are milestone-based. Either party may end an engagement with written notice; on cancellation you are billed for work completed and committed up to the effective date.
- Advance deposits are applied against the first completed milestone and are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Amounts billed for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable.
- Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Service delivery
We deliver software, design and infrastructure services digitally. Timelines, environments and hand-over are defined per engagement in the relevant statement of work. There is no physical shipment of goods.
