This is Yagyanam's standalone consent notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. It is written to be understood on its own, independently of every other document, and it is what you consent to when you continue at sign-in. Yagyanam, a GST-registered sole proprietorship concern, Gurugram, Haryana, India, is the Data Fiduciary.

If our grievance process leaves you unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India — a fully digital board: complaints are filed online and tracked through its portal and mobile application, and appeals from its decisions lie to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
