1. The nature of what is offered here

Yagyanam hosts consultations in jyotish and allied Vedic disciplines, and arranges the performance of yagyas, poojas and comparable ceremonies. These are religious, spiritual and cultural services. They proceed from traditions of faith, and their value is a matter of personal belief and cultural practice. They are offered on that footing and no other.

2. No promises of outcome

  • No expert on this Platform may promise, and Yagyanam never promises, any specific material, physical, financial, marital, legal or medical outcome from any consultation, remedy or ritual.
  • Claims of miraculous or supernatural cures are prohibited on this Platform, consistent with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.
  • Astrological interpretation is inherently interpretive; two practitioners may read one chart differently. That plurality is part of the tradition, not a defect in the service.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on this Platform is medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. Do not discontinue treatment, medication, therapy, or professional counsel of any kind on the strength of a consultation or ritual. If you are in medical or psychological distress, contact a qualified professional or emergency services first — an expert who observes such distress is required by the Expert Code of Conduct to say exactly this to you.

4. A fear-free platform

Yagyanam does not practise and does not permit fear-based marketing. No communication on this Platform — from Yagyanam or from any expert — may manufacture dread, threaten misfortune, or exploit anxiety, grief or superstition to sell a service or remedy, and no advertisement of ours will do so, consistent with the Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisements, 2022. An expert who manipulates a seeker through fear faces removal, forfeiture and legal action, as the Expert Code of Conduct records. If any message you receive here makes you feel frightened into paying, report it: that is not the tradition, and it is not tolerated.

5. Who speaks, and for whom

  • Experts are independent practitioners. Their advice, predictions, interpretations and remedies are their own professional-religious opinions, not statements of Yagyanam.
  • Yagyanam's own communications — interface text, guides, articles in Wisdom — are editorial and devotional in character, and are not advice of any kind.
  • Community posts and reviews are the views of their authors alone.

6. Accuracy of what you provide

Astrological services are computed from the birth details you provide; ceremonies speak the sankalpa you record. Errors in what you supply propagate into what you receive, and neither the expert nor Yagyanam is responsible for consequences of inaccurate details you provided. Correct them any time before the service from the Account page or the booking conversation.

7. Proof, prasad and free will

  • Proof that a ritual was performed lies in the updates the expert shares in the booking conversation — photographs of the key moments, the sankalpa in your name — and, where the expert offers one, a live broadcast. The Platform carries these proofs with reminders and updates.
  • Prasad and physical kundli reports are sacraments and keepsakes, not proof of performance. Prasad delivery is not guaranteed after every ritual: it is a courtesy an expert may choose to offer, on the expert's own terms, with the Platform coordinating delivery without exposing anyone's address — and bearing no liability for it.
  • Every choice of service on this Platform is the seeker's own free act. Experts offer, seekers choose; Yagyanam verifies that the practitioners are genuine and keeps the environment safe, and it neither offers the services nor compels any choice.

8. Availability

The Platform aims for continuous availability but is provided "as is" and "as available". Maintenance windows, upstream failures and events outside our control may interrupt access; Section 14 of the Terms (force majeure) applies. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work at it daily.
