Consultations: each expert sets one fixed consultation fee, shown on their profile before you commit anything. Paying it once opens the conversation; there are no per-minute charges, no extension fees, and no obligation to pay again for a follow-up within the consultation the profile describes.
Rituals: the displayed price is the whole price — the experts' dakshina and the samagri, itemised so you can see both — before payment. Prasad delivery is not part of the listed price: where an expert offers it, its cost and details are the expert's own, stated in the booking conversation.
Several experts offer their first consultation free; a free consultation carries no hidden conversion into a paid one without your explicit booking.
2. Taxes and invoices
All prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Yagyanam is GST-registered (GSTIN 06BYZPJ9731R1Z4); tax invoices are issued for every payment and remain downloadable from the Payments page.
Where tax law requires collection or deduction at source on the experts' supplies, it is handled as the Expert Settlement Policy records — it never adds to the price you were shown.
3. Currency display
You may choose a display currency from the Billing page; conversion uses publicly-sourced reference rates and is indicative only. All charges settle in Indian Rupees, and your card issuer's own conversion rate and fees, if any, are between you and your bank.
4. What we do not do
No dynamic or surge pricing: a price does not change because of who you are, what device you use, or how often you looked at it.
No drip pricing: nothing is added at the payment step that was not on the page before it.
No paid ranking sold as merit: expert ordering reflects relevance and standing, and any promoted placement, if ever introduced, will be visibly labelled.
5. Changes and errors
Price changes are prospective and never touch a booking already paid. If a manifest pricing error occurs (for example, a misplaced decimal), we may cancel unfulfilled bookings made on it with a full refund under Section 3 of the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is the entirety of our liability for such an error.
